A. No – You pay 30 days after delivery.
Q. Does autorun work on all PCs
A. No – Auto run will only work on Win XP and Vista. CARE - some corporate networks restrict the use of autoruns.
Q. What is the delivery time?
A. We are normally able to deliver your order within 10 working days from receipt of a purchase order and artwork.
Q. I need my products very soon – do you offer rush service?
A. Yes, we do offer rush service on some products. Please contact us for these enquiries.
Q. How do you ship the goods?
A. We send by standard courier such as Parcelforce, or if urgent by same day courier.

A. Yes we have 12 months manufacturer warranty on all our products.

A. USB Company products are based on the USB standard and operate with all PCs and Macs and devices with a USB port
and running Windows ME or later or Mac OS 8.6 or later. (USB drivers are also available for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE
